This episode explains general concepts. It does not diagnose MASLD, calculate personal risk, prescribe a diet, or predict how anyone’s liver will respond. Young learners focus on growth, variety, play and rest; there are no calorie or weight-loss targets. Personal questions belong with an appropriate health professional.

Familiar foods can include rice and beans, lentils, maize, oats, vegetables and other locally available foods. Budget, culture, disability and caring responsibilities affect opportunities. This game does not score those circumstances.

MASLD means metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease. Some references still use the older term NAFLD. Fat accumulation can be silent; not everyone progresses to more severe disease. Alcohol, medicines and other causes can also affect liver health; individual assessment matters.
